What are your pieces made from?
Each piece is crafted in solid 925 sterling silver and finished with either rhodium or gold plating, depending on the design. Natural gemstones are carefully selected for their individuality, meaning slight variations in colour and inclusions are part of their beauty, not flaws.
Are your gemstones natural?
Always. Every gemstone and freshwater pearl used in Nefer is natural and personally selected by me. I spend a lot of time choosing stones because I don't believe they're just decorative, they give each piece its own character.
No two stones will ever be identical, and I hope they never are. That's the beauty of working with nature.
Where is your jewellery made?
Every piece is made in India, for the world.
Most of our jewellery is handcrafted in Jaipur, a city that's been home to master jewellers and gemstone artisans for generations. Having worked in the jewellery industry for years, finding the right people to bring Nefer to life was one of the most important parts of building the brand. I work closely with a small network of artisans and manufacturers whose craftsmanship I genuinely trust.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Every order arrives thoughtfully packaged, making it ready to gift, or keep for yourself ;)
Do you offer customisations?
Not at the moment.
Right now, I'm focused on creating complete collections exactly as I've imagined them. As Nefer grows, this is something I'd love to explore.
